Yes – families can β€˜self-refer’ or can be referred by another organisation with your consent

Is the service confidential?

This service is confidential

Does the service work directly with children?

No, however we support parents/caregivers to support children in their care

Does Cessnock Family Support help with Housing, Food Assistance or Financial Support?

No, however we can refer you to local services that may be able to assist.

How long do I have to wait to see someone?

This depends on a number of factors, however we will contact you to make an appointment as soon as we are able to, after receiving your referral
